What to Expect and the Initial Setup Process

Thanks for considering GameOn365's Minecraft hosting service! We're not like a typical hosting company, so we'd like you to know about the differences first.
Support (More Info) Our support team is not available 24/7. However, we strive to provide an exceptional level of support and typically respond to tickets within anywhere from an hour to a day, depending on the time when you submit your ticket. We'll take an in-depth look at your issue, ensure that it's resolved quickly, and provide any relevant information that can help you in the future. We're happy to look into any crashes that occur on your server, diagnosing performance issues, and providing plugin recommendations as well as advice for configuring them. Plugins (More Info) As part of our commitment to security and performance, we typically only allow one-click installation for plugins that are available from dev.bukkit.org. You can browse and install these plugins from the Multicraft control panel. We do not provide FTP access at this time, though our support staff may be able to accommodate uploading or downloading specific files for your server. Backups (More Info) Your data is important. After all, no one wants to lose something they put a lot of time into building. Your server will be automatically backed up every 5 minutes. If you ever need to roll back a world or your entire server to a previous point in time, just let our support staff know and we'll be happy to do so. Purchasing & Initial Setup We want to make sure that we can provide exactly what you need, and that you'll receive the best service possible. For this reason, you'll need to create a GameOn365 account, then get in touch with one of our staff members to purchase our Minecraft hosting service. We're mainly interested in knowing if you have any specific needs for your server, if you'd like to upload an existing world, and whether or not you'd like us to set up a MySQL database and logging plugin for you. We'll get back to you within a day (usually within a few hours), after we've made sure we can provide what you need. Your first invoice will be for a single week of hosting your Minecraft server. You can request a refund at any time during this week. After your first week, you'll receive a new invoice for the next month of hosting. You'll have the option to create an automatic PayPal subscription with this invoice. Please note that we cannot provide refunds once you've paid your first monthly invoice.
