Support (More Info)
Our support team is not available 24/7.  However, we strive to provide an exceptional level of support and typically respond to tickets within anywhere from an hour to a day, depending on the time when you submit your ticket.  We'll take an in-depth look at your issue, ensure that it's resolved quickly, and provide any relevant information that can help you in the future.  We're happy to look into any crashes that occur on your server, diagnosing performance issues, and providing plugin recommendations as well as advice for configuring them.

Plugins (More Info)
As part of our commitment to security and performance, we typically only allow one-click installation for plugins that are available from dev.bukkit.org.  You can browse and install these plugins from the Multicraft control panel.  We do not provide FTP access at this time, though our support staff may be able to accommodate uploading or downloading specific files for your server.

Backups (More Info)
Your data is important.  After all, no one wants to lose something they put a lot of time into building.  Your server will be automatically backed up every 5 minutes.  If you ever need to roll back a world or your entire server to a previous point in time, just let our support staff know and we'll be happy to do so.

Purchasing & Initial Setup
We want to make sure that we can provide exactly what you need, and that you'll receive the best service possible.  For this reason, you'll need to create a GameOn365 account, then get in touch with one of our staff members to purchase our Minecraft hosting service.  We're mainly interested in knowing if you have any specific needs for your server, if you'd like to upload an existing world, and whether or not you'd like us to set up a MySQL database and logging plugin for you.

We'll get back to you within a day (usually within a few hours), after we've made sure we can provide what you need.  Your first invoice will be for a single week of hosting your Minecraft server.  You can request a refund at any time during this week.  After your first week, you'll receive a new invoice for the next month of hosting.  You'll have the option to create an automatic PayPal subscription with this invoice.  Please note that we cannot provide refunds once you've paid your first monthly invoice.

• Start, stop, or restart your server.
• Easily search for and install plugins from dev.bukkit.org.

• View the console and execute commands in the console.
• View chat and talk to any online players.
• View and manage online players.
• View CPU and RAM usage.
• Schedule certain tasks or commands to be run at specific times or intervals.

Rest assured though that you can manage almost every aspect of your server from the Multicraft control panel, including the ability to restart your server if the need arises.

Servers hosted with GameOn365 are automatically backed up. If you ever need to roll back a world or your entire server to a previous point in time, just let our support staff know and we'll be happy to do so.

While most customers never need a restoration, we ask that everyone limits themselves to a reasonable amount of restoration requests per month. Backups cannot replace anti-griefing plugins such as WorldGuard or GriefPrevention.

If you need to run any custom plugins installed that are not available on dev.bukkit.org, please contact our support staff. Please note that installation of custom plugins is at the complete discretion of our staff.

Plugins may not consume an excessive amount of CPU time or disk usage. Additionally, plugins that require having another port opened are typically not allowed due to security concerns. If you'd like to use a plugin that requires a port to be opened, please contact our support staff. (Votifier has been pre-approved, please contact support for a port number to use.)

If you're looking for a specific plugin, we'd be happy to make a recommendation, and will also provide advice on how to best configure a plugin.  We'll also setup a logging plugin for you with a MySQL database, upon request.  (Other plugins can use the same MySQL database, too.)
