Backups

Your data is important. After all, no one wants to lose something they put a lot of time into building.

Servers hosted with GameOn365 are automatically backed up. If you ever need to roll back a world or your entire server to a previous point in time, just let our support staff know and we'll be happy to do so.

While most customers never need a restoration, we ask that everyone limits themselves to a reasonable amount of restoration requests per month. Backups cannot replace anti-griefing plugins such as WorldGuard or GriefPrevention.

If you would ever like to download a full backup of your server files, please submit a support ticket requesting it and we'll have it sent out to you as soon as possible.
