Exploitation Policy

GameOn365 takes a zero-tolerance stance on exploitative behaviors.  This includes (but is not limited to):

• Any bug or glitch in the service that allows players to gain an unfair advantage in any part of the game.
• Use of unauthorized third-party client modifications that attempt to modify or manipulate the data stored by the game servers.
• Use of unauthorized third-party programs to automate any amount of gameplay with minimal player interaction.
• Any activity that results in a player duplicating items or receiving items in an unintended way.
• Any action that gives a player a direct advantage over others in combat.

Any player found to be exploiting will be subject to one or more of the following actions, depending on the severity of the exploit:

• A warning if it is a fist-time offense and the investigating staff member deems it appropriate.
• Removal of any benefits that were gained from the exploit.
• Being temporarily suspended from the game.
• Being permanently banned from the game.

If a player unknowingly exploits a bug or glitch and immediately reports it to our staff, the player will not be penalized (other than having any benefits gained from it removed).  You can report an exploit by submitting a ticket.
