I've been using Windows 7 since beta and have three computers running Windows 7 Professional and two running Home Premium. It's a very stable and good-looking operating system and most applications are fully compatible at this time.

It's really nice, I've been using it on a 1 gb ram ddr2 800 MHz, Athlon 5200 X2 DualCore and it's nice, sometimes it takes time to open new programs, but far from that, I prefer this than Windows XP, easier, comfortable, less maintenance needed.. Speed gets fixed with a new ram :P

It doesn't have great compatibility with old games.
But Windows Ultimate is supposed to have XP mode, which I have yet to try.

I got a little problem with Windows 7. Let's see if anyone knows how to fix it. Whenever my screen saver goes on, and I get back on the computer, it says "Screen saver not responding". I have to ctrl-alt-delete every time to get rid of the problem. Anyone knows how to fix this?

I have 2 computers running on it and 1 computer and I have to say it's nice but it's not the best!

It will sometimes crash when I am running at only 50% CPU :C but overall it's a good operating system

I've only been using windows 7 for about a week now but I really love it. It's so much more stable than Vista and it's a lot more aesthetically pleasing

I work on Windows Seven since it was released and I really enjoy it.

I think Seven is the best operating system which Microsoft created. It is fast, ergonomic and quite pretty! I love use it at work and at home.

But Seven is bad about security. Microsoft operating systems are really unsecure. They improved their skills on Windows Seven but it's still not secure like a Linux distribution.

To finish, don't forget to buy an antivirus and a firewall like Eset Smart Security. There are more and more malwares, spywares, viruses and worms on Internet. You must secure and protect your datas!

In my opinion windows 7 is the best windows operating system. I had liked windows xp a lot. But I was a little disappointed with the performance of vista. So I was a little concerned about the performance of windows 7 at first. But now I simply love wingows 7. It is very fast and it never hangs.

I agree, Windows 7 is the future. XP is still better for some applications, but the latest computers run with Windows 7 and it will be eventually implied on every system. XP's time is over :).

Personally i'm used to XP and think that Windows 7 is way to easy to use, so easy to use that its actually complex to manage -.- I think Vista is the best O/S at the minute.
