• New Requirements for Staff Members
  • Must be able to participate in team meetings.
  • All staff must visit the forums or their assigned service at least 3 to 5 days each week, depending on their position.
• New Staff “Teams” (per service)
  • Administration
  • Development
  • Moderation / Game Masters
  • Support
  • Quality Assurance
  • (Some staff members will not be part of a team)
• New Staff Positions
  • Radio DJ
  • Community Manager
  • Promotional Staff
  • Content Writers
  • Game Master
• Staff members will be fired if they are not online for seven or more days.
• Any staff member fired for inactivity will not be hired back more than once.
• Staff members may request time off as often as they wish by contacting the person that hired them.
  • Requests should be limited to nine days every two months.
• Legacy staff members may not be required to meet the normal activity requirements.

Out of all these wonderful ideas, I personally like the arcade the best. It is s good place for bored people. :)

I'm glad to say that the arcade has just been implemented. It is in an early beta stage, so there are a decent number of bugs, but most are known at this time and being worked on. Regardless, the games are playable. You can click here to check it out.

I love the idea of the radio. It would keep the MMORPGers entertained while walking around. (make sure to make ridable things)

Throughout the year, we have added and made changes to many of our services. On this list, you'll see what parts of our 2010 yearly plans have been completed (items that are crossed off), what parts will carry over into 2011 (items that are italicized), and other major changes we've made.

Additional Major Changes in 2010

• The GameOn365 Store was introduced for purchasing VIP subscriptions, advertising, and other future products and services.
• We have improved our support request handling, which allows for support tickets to be created and monitored on the forums and via email.
• GameOn365 Newsroom was unveiled, which aggregates recent news from multiple top gaming and technology blogs and brings it to one centralized and easy-to-read place.
• We celebrated GameOn365's first birthday on July 11, 2010.
