We recently made changes to our application server (which serves Hotel Royale, our Halo Servers, and other services) which will prioritize the network traffic to and from the server for a better experience for end-users. These services should now be slightly faster than before.

Great, but have you redused the lag in both hotels or only in one?

Hotel Royale v7 should be noticeably faster, especially when loading furniture in rooms. However, v8's files are stored on a different server, which was already pretty fast to begin with.

But my Hypothesis is that pretty soon, in a couple of days, or weeks, or even months.
The hotels will run slower and slower, unless we get a really reliable program to make it not lag whatsoever
Greatly Notified,

Quite contrary, the servers will be running much faster and stable. There is no need at all for a program to prevent lag - the one we are using is to prioritize network traffic on the server. I have noticed a drastic decrease in the load times when using the hotel and some other users I have spoken with have also noticed faster load times, so the changes we have made seem to be working very well already.

We strive to make sure that the services we provide are fast and enjoyable for the end-user, and if they're not, we will make every effort possible to correct any issues. If you're noticing a slow load time on any particular page part of the hotel, post it here and I will certainly look into it.
