While I've complained about it several times, the only way to check for new posts is to go through manually, because the RSS feed only displays new topics. It would be much easier to know if there are any new posts.

At this time, the forum software does not support exporting replies with RSS, only the first post of a topic. The functionality has been suggested to IPS, so hopefully they will add it in the near future.
