? I'm getting the "Fatal Error" message quite alot.

I don't know if the server's just lagging, but I can't get into the hotel for over an hour when it happens. I checked with others, and they too, have this same problem. What could this be?

This issue has since been resolved, it was due to an SQL issue with the server. There are two physical servers that run Hotel Royale. One server takes care of the website and MySQL while the other actually runs the Hotel server software. Sometimes the Hotel server loses connection to the MySQL server and that's what causes this issue. At this time, we are working on a way to fix this, but are unable to say when it will be ready for implementation.

If this happens again, send an e-mail to nick.mobile@gameon365.net and I should be able to take care of it within 20 minutes in most cases. At this time, we do not have any sort of live monitoring on the server, but it should automatically restart every once in a while to help prevent this. We plan to make more changes to the servers over the next couple of months (from now until February 2010) that will allow us to better monitor Hotel Royale.
