Many have been waiting for the return of Hotel Royale and soon it will be back! We don't have much information available to release at this time, but will keep you posted. I would estimate a playable beta being available between two weeks and eight weeks from now.
Update: A beta should be here sooner than I expected. I still can't give an exact date, but it may be up within a few days if everything goes as planned.

Working on the retrieving the DNS and setting up the domain, then will start work on compiling the Server software and setting up the server.
Stay tuned for more updates.

Hey,
I cannot wait for the return of Hotel Royale, i joined mid-way through, when Luke had control at that point in time. I loved the experience http://gameon365.net/public/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif. I eventually became Moderator, but that was too-little-too-late. I tried helping Nick and Erik with a resurfaced Hotel Royale, but was unsuccessful. Glad to see it may be back.
Just one question, will you guys be using some pre-made SQL servers, or are you planning on using a basic playable FLATFILE based server? I hope their won't be many server wipes, there are some good servers out there at the moment.

Definitely an SQL-based server. File-based servers are always problematic in many ways.
