When I go to the hotel I get this message:

Is your installation of Adobe Flash up-to-date? The current version is 10.1.

If Flash is up-to-date, then be sure that port 1338 is not blocked in your firewall.

Using a different browser has helped some people in the past. Just keep in mind that Internet Explorer's and all other browsers' have a separate Flash installation and may need to be updated separately as well.

We're still working on the site. If you want, you can PM me a quick write-up on how you fixed it and I'll put it in the Hotel Royale KB.

WAAAAAAHHHHH I tried it and it failed... so I gave a few question....

1. Are you sure the port is 1338?

2. Is the port TCP?

3. Is the port "local" or "remote"? (I have both set to "1338")

4. I updated flash, what else can I do?

5. Would Safari be better?

I just changed the 3 profile settings to allow "inbound connections that do not follow the rule" so, we'll see if that works..Posted Image

Have you tried completely disabling your firewall before attempting to enter the hotel? If not, give that a try, but be sure to re-enable it afterward. This way we'll know for sure whether or not the firewall is the issue.

This issue seems to be affecting more users at this time and we are now able to reproduce it on one of our test computers. I'll post an update on this issue later today.
