High Latency and Lag Issues

We're aware of some possible lag issues at peak usage times.  Please do not disconnect and immediately reconnect to the game server if you are experiencing lag, as it will not solve the problem, and will only cause more lag.  We are proactively monitoring the server so that we can provide the best experience possible.

Lag may be caused by:
  • The distance between you and the sever.  (GameOn365's application servers are located on the east coast of the United States.)
  • Scheduled backups. (Backups will run for approximately 15 minutes after you first see the message in chat.)
  • Warping or teleporting to different places more than a few times every hour.
