Welcome to the GameOn365 Support Forums!

These forums are moderated by GameOn365 staff members that are able to address any questions and issues you may be having with GameOn365 products and services. These support forums encompass most issues that can be dealt with publicly.

Please be sure to post in the correct forum, the current support forums are:
  • Account Support
  • Billing Support
  • Technical Support
  • Forum Support
  • Ban Appeals (only visible on banned accounts)
  • Project Nitrogen Support
  • Hotel Royale Support
There are certain issues that we are unable to address within the support forums due to their sensitive nature, which must be handled via email, and can be sent to support@gameon365.com.
The following are some common issues that cannot be addressed within the support forums:
  • In-game harassment issues or Code of Conduct violations (please use the help or report feature in-game)
  • Forum posts in violation of the Posting Guidelines (please use the report button at the bottom left of the post)
Please do not 'call out' or post the names of any other user in a defamatory manner in these forums. If your issue involves another player violating any of our rules, please use the report features that are already in place.

Please remember that all posts made in these support forums are publicly viewable, so do not post any personal information. If we need any account-related information for verification purposes, we will ask that it is emailed to us. GameOn365 staff will never ask you for your password. Please do not post your password or other personal information on the forums for any reason!
